Casais

CASAIS is a laboratory of absorption, creation and transformation that grows and crackles in a nightly performance of music, dance and spoken word.

A group of artists rummages through the skeleton of the village and peels off stories that slip into their bodies. Time is reversed but does not go back, it moves towards another place, caught between the truth and what could be.

It is with the warmth of freshly baked bread and the arriving at a party out of its time that CASAIS is rebuilt and whitewashed.
