Tatiana first ventured to walk on a tightrope 10 meters above the ground when she was 7 years old and never stopped.
Now, after her experience of travelling around Europe, she will be working with the communities of Monchique and Aljezur to create a series of participatory workshops, where you will be able to experience, on your won, as a family or with friends, this artistic circus discipline, full of mystery and danger.
The incredible tightrope crossing, will take place within the natural landscape of Aljezur, near Amoreira Beach. This will be a game of both balance and imbalance, in which a pop-up band of local musicians, specially created for the event, will support the breathtaking climb with a ‘ground track’.
‘TRAVERSÉE’ demonstrates the power of collective action, making the impossible, possible.
