The second part of the Medronho project develops in a zone of the Serra of Monchique which the fire did not reach. Here, there is still medronho but also the awareness that, in an instant, everything can change.
We return to the distilleries of Marmelete, at a time when another fire is lit in the furnace, ready to give life to the distillation. Afonso Cruz returns to give voice to the women, continuing this collection of portraits of their everyday life with the constant transformation of the mountain range as a backdrop.
