For this edition, the project was thought to approach three stages of the cycle of medronho firewater: harvest, fermentation and destillation. Meanwhile, the great fire blazes swept the Mountain of Monchique this summer.
Everything stopped. Everything changed.

As a way of mourning collectively and fruit of the tragedy, a new chapter of this version of Romeo & Juliet of Monchique is open before us, so we can listen to the voices and the stories of fire.

The most important thing is not to forget.
